Uganda Politicians are like a disease that rises up in your throat. Uganda war criminals seem to think that by recycling their crimes into a western capitalistic model of democracy, then the gullible ugandans will forget their war crimes. Major General Mugisha Muntu, Colonel Kizza Besigye, General Yoweri Museveni, etc. What makes them think that Ugandans can ever forget their crimes against humanity? Never!!
When men and women are rewarded for Crimes against Humanity,then Crimes against Humanity becomes a corrupting motivator in our society.
